For conference papers, payment is required before goods can be shipped to you.

For conference registration, delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day

Cancellations & Refunds For Conference Papers

The conference papers will be delivered to you approximately 28 days after your payment has been received. If you are not 100% satisfied with the papers you receive call Emma Grimmond on +44 (0)20 7017 4557 and we will arrange for a full refund or substitute. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the advertised speakers.

Cancellations & Refunds for Conferences

If you should cancel a conference registration ten working days before an event you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of £110.00. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received within 10 days before the event date.

We welcome substitute delegates at any time.
If you are unable to attend the conference we accept substitute delegates to take your place instead.
